If the metal content in the hydraulic oil exceeds the standard, quality problems such as abnormal acidity and viscosity can cause abnormal corrosion and excessive wear to the oil pump, oil motor, and valve components; Unstable viscosity of hydraulic oil can also lead to unstable operation of the windlass. Sometimes, the system oil is emulsified due to water ingress, resulting in abnormal system pressure, and even damage to the oil pump and oil motor.
