2. The driver shall carefully hand over the shift and make records.
3. Drivers must wear complete labor protection equipment as required, carefully inspect lifting ropes, slings, etc. before driving, ring a bell to warn before driving, and intermittently ring a bell to warn when approaching a person or operating room door or encountering obstacles.
4. The driver shall operate according to the lifting command signal. Confirm that the object is properly hung, first try lifting, slowly tighten the lifting rope, and everything is in a safe state. After the hanging and other personnel around leave (3m) away, formal lifting can be conducted; When lifting a heavy object for normal driving, it should be no less than 30 centimeters from the ground and no more than 1 meter from the ground.
5. Lifting is strictly prohibited under any of the following circumstances
5.1 Overload.
5.2 Horizontal pulling and diagonal dragging are prohibited.
5.3 It is prohibited to lift objects that are underground or condensed on the ground and equipment.
5.4 The binding and hanging of objects are not firm or stable, and may slide.
5.5 The line of sight is unclear, and the object and commander cannot be seen.
5.6 The crane safety device is not flexible.
5.7 Objects liable to fall.
5.8 There are no reliable safety measures for corner objects.
5.9 The crane is long and heavy, and people around it do not avoid it.
5.10 When the commander fails to issue a lifting command.
6. When the crane is in operation, the following risky actions are prohibited
6.1 It is prohibited for heavy objects and hooks to pass over or beside a person's head.
6.2 It is prohibited to use a crane to transport people.
6.3 It is prohibited to walk on the crane track.
6.4 When lifting heavy objects, it is not allowed to stay in the air for a long time, and the driver is not allowed to leave the operation room.
6.5 It is prohibited to carry out maintenance and adjustment of controllers, band brakes, and other machinery while lifting heavy objects.
6.6 It is prohibited to lock the protective wire or hold the electromagnetic switch and other risky operations.
7. Drivers are not allowed to sleep, eat food, read, chat, or smoke in the operating room. When the crane is traveling, pay attention to watching, and place both hands on the control handle to adjust speed and brake at any time.
8. When the crane is lifting or stopping, the controller should be carried out step by step, and it is not allowed to push to the bottom for rapid travel or emergency stop. Except in dangerous situations, it is not allowed to apply reverse braking.
9. If there is a sudden power failure, the controller handle must be returned to zero, and it must be carefully checked before resuming work.
10. When lifting long, large, and heavy objects, it is necessary to avoid people and obstacles on the ground. When it is necessary to pass through obstacles, the lifted object should be more than 0.5 meters above the obstacle, 1 meter above the ground, and 5 meters away from people.
11. Except for special cranes, large and small vehicles should not be started at the same time.
12. When lifting the hook, it must be stopped below 300mm below the limit. The hook must be lowered to the lowest position. The number of safety turns of the steel wire rope on the drum must be maintained for three times. The empty hook of the crane must be more than two meters from the ground. When it is stopped, it is not allowed to hang the load. The hook should be placed above 2.5 meters in the air. When the driver leaves the crane, the crane should be stopped at the designated location and pull the main power switch.
13. The hanging personnel must be commanded by one person with clear signals and comply with the command signal regulations.
14. Hoisting machinery, electrical equipment, and protective devices should meet corresponding safety requirements.
15. This procedure is applicable to bridge cranes, portal cranes, elevators, electric hoists, and simple lifting equipment and accessories.
