Double Girder Overhead Travelling Bridge Crane is composed of structure frame, crane travel device, and the trolley with lifting and moving device. There are rails for the trolley move on the main girder. Assemble the moving table on the outside of the main girder, one side is prepared for the assembly and maintenance the crane move device, another side is prepared for the assembling of the trolley conductor device. Overhead cranes could be used in mechanical processing workshop, metallurgical factory and subsidiary workshop, warehouse, material yard and power plant for transferring, assembly, inspection maintenance and loading procedures.It could be classified into several working duties with A5, A6, A7, according to the operation frequency and pure working time
Feature:
1.Provides a safe workplace whilst lifting and loading heavy tonnage goods.
2.Placing the hoist on the top of the girders, enables the maximum lifting height available.
The maintenance platform is a standard procedure that comes with the cranes situated along the girders, enables maintenance and fittings.
3.Special sandblasting is used for girders consistent with the world standards in conjunction with paintings. Considering the workplace environment, appropriate types of paintings can be applied.
4.Main criterion for girder designs include the appropriate FEM, DIN, VDI, CMMA norms to be used as the basis of production.
5.Just as 1 or more hoists can be implemented over the same girder, another seperate Monorail Hoist can also be adapted below the same girder enabling custom solutions.
6.Hoists can be both operated with the movable push buttons along the girder or a remote control on demand, Alternatively, a cabin can also be designed for an operator to use. Please also bear in mind that the cabins are fixed and can be moved along the girders as it works independently from the lifted goods
